This reference height, which you set during assembly, can be selected between 85 cm and 105 cm, in 5 cm increments, for ergonomics perfectly tailored to your needs. This flexibility facilitates smooth transitions between sitting and standing positions, contributing to an ergonomic and comfortable workspace.
For even more advanced ergonomics, some users choose to add an articulated monitor arm for optimal workstation adjustment.
